"Comfortable & Delightful Weekend" - Thank you so much for a comfortable, delightful weekend in the Eagle suite. We come from a small town east of here called Redlands. We enjoyed a quiet and badly needed weekend. We ate at the Ranch House (delightful) and last night at Feast Bistro. Tonight we will try Suzanne’s which we understand is outstanding. We shopped in Ventura and in Santa Barbara. Su Nido is the perfect place for a getaway from the stress of running a business and construction with our remodel. Thank you Michael for being a great innkeeper.

"Love the Newest & Cleanliness of Su Nido" - We loved our stay in the Cardinal suite and would love to return. Thank you for your nice welcome and help. I so appreciated how new and clean everything was.

"Customer Service is a Priority at Su Nido!" - My family and I had a wonderful time at your Inn. From the moment we checked in it was obvious that customer service was a priority. The Blue Jay suite was beautiful and really added to the special weekend we spent in Ojai (we came for my brother's wedding). I would with out a doubt and already have recommended the Su Nido Inn to friends who are planning a trip to Ojai. To top it off, I left my watch behind. A piece of jewelry that has real sentimental value to me and both Sherrie and Michael went out of their way to find it and send it back to me. I have never gotten something back that I left at a hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

"Super Relaxing!" - My husband and I LOVED our stay at Su Nido. We stayed in the Heron Suite which was like staying in a mini apartment. We had a private balcony and private outdoor spa. We were able to enjoy the sunsets and stars from a delightful hot tub. The suite had everything one could ever want to unwind - King size feather bed, vaulted ceilings, fire place, TV & DVD player, mini-fridge, microwave, and hot tub. Everything is walking distance and very beautiful. We enjoyed coffee from Java & Joe, picnic lunch from Rainbow Bridge, and an outstanding dinner at Auberge. We also had dinner at Bodees which is fun because they have a full bar and are a bit up the mountain. We can't wait to head back and stay at Su Nido!

"We Truly Loved our Stay at Su Nido Inn" - Su Nido Inn is excellent! We loved the location-close to shopping and outstanding restaurants. We stay in the Robin suite. The Inn suite was clean with wonderful amenities: soft sheets and towels, a lovely shower and deep soaking tub, an espresso maching with an easy approach to making your own morning brew, private patios to enjoy, unlimited movies to "borrow", a fireplace, munchies, water and juice in a convenient refrigerator, an Innkeeper (Michael) who has many suggestions for places to eat or visit and finally a tranquil setting for "nesting" and calming the hectic pressures of our lives. We visited Ojai during the time the orange trees were blooming...wonderful! It reminded us of Orange County...back in the day! We truly loved our stay and relish the time we spent there. Looking forward to another visit soon.

"Su Nido a Wonderful Escape" - We were only at Su Nido for one night in the Quail room, and it was a wonderful escape. "Su Nido" is the perfect name for your Inn "the nest". I live and work in the Simi Valley - Thousand Oaks area, and although it is less than an hour to get to Ojai, I felt we were "worlds" away from every day life. I have already told so many people about the "gem" that is Su Nido. Every detail is attended to...the soaps, the towels, robe and slippers, the coffee set-up and OF COURSE...the bed. Hard to get out of the bed. Your inn distinguishes itself from other places by attention to the details. The courtyard is designed with planters, etc, so that although the space is small, the privacy of your guests is assured. And....the fountain! The soothing sound of running water is the finishing touch. Thank you so much. I recently stayed in LaJolla at a another hotel for about the same price. It was awful in every way. What a value to be in the Quail Room.
P.S. Thanks to your efficient, accommodating staff, the dress I left hanging in my room was mailed to me promptly, and as a testimony to the first-class operation that you run, at your expense. Again, I will be back. Thank you so much for a great experience. And did I mention the way Michael accommodated me on the telephone!!! What an asset to the Inn.

"A Private Paradise" - My husband and I finally took a few days off to regroup from our everyday life, filled with work, kids, etc. We had never been to Ojai, but when I saw Su Nido on their website, I was sold. Not only were the pictures on their website beautiful, but the place itself was even more charming. We stayed in the Robin suite, which was filled with all of the comforts and luxuries we desired. The service was great. We enjoyed dinner at Suzanne's, which was top notch, as well as a bike ride around town. It was a relaxing time and we were able to recharge our batteries and spend some one-on-one romantic time together.

"Perfect Accomodations" - I don't know if you remember us, but we are the last minute pick up after someone else cancelled. The Heron nest was just what Peggy and I were looking for. We had a wonderful time and the Wedding we attended was perfect. The weather worked out quite well also. Michael, we will visit Su Nido Inn again with some friends.

"Gets my vote for most comfortable bed!" - My hubby and I recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary with a trip up the coast. We stayed at very high end places (the Biltmore, Post Ranch Inn, Villa Toscana, Beverly Wilshire), but it was Su Nido Inn that gave us the quietest, most comfortable sleep of our trip. We almost slept until check out time! We stayed in the Heron Suite, which has a private outdoor jaccuzzi. Michael at the front desk was very helpful. He gave us great suggestions for dinner and upon check out, when I commented on how much I enjoyed the Molton Brown shower gel that Su Nido provides in the suite, he gave me a couple extra to take home. Su Nido is within walking distance (two blocks) of the adorable downtown area, with many great artist galleries and cute restaurants. We plan to return to Su Nido.

"Su Nido Inn is Cozy & Quiet" - Hi Michael! First, you made our overnight visit feel more special than at a usual hotel. My husband loved the escort to our room. Su Nido is cozy & quiet and was perfect for a quick relaxing night away from our one-year-old twins! We truly enjoyed ourselves and the Quail room was very nice and comfortable. Since Ojai is so close, it is an easy get-away and we look forward to staying in a new suite next time. We also appreciated your email guiding us on worthwhile city festivals, events and dining. That was a very nice touch. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
