Thu, July 4, 2013 :: 10 am - 9:30 pm The annual Independence Day celebration kicks off at 10am with a parade down Ojai Ave., followed by free concerts in Libbey Bowl, food and games in Libbey Park adjacent to the Plaza Fountain.
